Terms of use for posterleku.com and the details of who runs the shop, as required by Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
Provisional text. It is published so the shop is not trading without the information the law requires, but it is still waiting on our solicitor's review and on the registry details. The final wording will replace this one as soon as it arrives.

1. Who runs this site
This website belongs to Posterleku SL, tax number B00000000, registered at Donostia, Gipuzkoa.

2. What is sold here
Illustrated prints, postcards and garments carrying our own illustrations and those of the artists who work with us. Most are printed to order once the order is confirmed.
The shop has two channels: retail, at prices with VAT included, and trade, at net prices with the agreed discount and an invoice in its own series. Trade access is approved case by case.
3. Prices, orders and payment
Prices shown to retail customers include the applicable VAT; shipping is calculated and shown before the order is confirmed.
The order is formed when payment is confirmed and the confirmation email goes out. We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error or if payment never completes.
Retail and trade invoices are issued in independent series and kept for as long as commercial and tax law requires.
4. Delivery, exchanges and returns
Delivery times are stated on each product page and in the order confirmation; as printing is to order, they run from the moment the order enters production.
Anyone buying as a consumer has fourteen calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the order, with no reason needed, by writing to info@posterleku.com. The product must come back in the condition it arrived in.
If a product arrives damaged or is not what was ordered, write to us with a photo and we will put it right at no cost.
5. Intellectual property
The illustrations, texts, photographs and the design of the site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Posterleku SL or to the artists who sign them, who keep the authorship of their work.
Buying a print or a garment gives you the right to enjoy it, not to reproduce it, resell it in quantity or use it commercially. For anything beyond private use, ask us in writing.
6. Liability
We keep the information on the site current, but typos and stock errors happen; where they affect an order we say so and offer to cancel it.
We are not liable for service interruptions outside our control, nor for the content of external sites we link to.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In a dispute, a consumer may go to the courts where they live.
